This page has been created in response to some who have asked me to post my monthly meal plans. Those close to me know that I am passionate about planning my meals by month. Planning by the week may work better for you - or by all means, plan your entire month! I do this because it works best for me and my family.
We don't cook every night - we like to eat out with friends on Friday nights, and there are other nights where we are across town at a basketball game, or some other activity driven by someone in the family under the age of 16.
I also tend to "adjust" my meal plan a bit, based on what everyone is in the mood for. Because shopping monthly gives me the flexibility to do this, it works for us.
